Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging, with any tags included where applicable. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at info@growcerygardening.co.uk. Returns must be approved by us before being sent back.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return postage for change-of-mind returns.
- We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
- Returns sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Your right to cancel
If you purchased online, you have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving the goods, even if the item is not faulty. Once you notify us that you wish to cancel, you must send the goods back within 14 days. Return postage costs for cancellation or change-of-mind returns are the customer’s responsibility.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and put it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item and place a separate order for the new one.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
