CANNA Terra Flores is a professional single-component plant nutrient specially developed to support plants throughout the flowering and fruiting stage.

Designed for plants grown in pots and soil-based growing media, Terra Flores provides a carefully balanced supply of nutrients at the stage when a plant's nutritional requirements begin to change. During flowering, plants require different proportions of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and trace elements compared with the vegetative growth phase.

Nutrition designed for flowering plants

A plant's nutritional needs change considerably when flowering begins.

At this stage, the requirement for nitrogen decreases while the importance of phosphorus, potassium and appropriate trace elements increases. Terra Flores has been developed around these changing nutritional requirements to provide flowering plants with a balanced nutrient supply.

CANNA also formulates Terra Flores to help compensate for the tendency of potting mixes to bind certain nutritional ions, helping keep nutrients available to the plant.

How to use CANNA Terra Flores

Shake the bottle thoroughly before use.

Dilute:

50 ml Terra Flores per 10 liters of water

or

5 ml per 1 liter of water

Mixing ratio: 1:200

CANNA states that the EC of Terra Flores when dissolved in tap water typically adds approximately 0.9–1.6 mS/cm, with the final EC also depending on the starting water.

Recommended pH: 5.8–6.2.

When should I start using Terra Flores?

Switch from a vegetative nutrient such as CANNA Terra Vega to Terra Flores when the flowering stage begins and the first flowers start to develop.

Terra Flores is intended to provide the main nutrient supply throughout the plant's flowering phase.

Storage & care

Keep the container tightly closed and store it in a dark, frost-free location. CANNA advises protecting the product from UV light because UV exposure can break down iron chelates.

Avoid excessive feeding; over-fertilization can negatively affect both the plant and growing medium.
