Give plants the nutritional foundation they need for strong, healthy vegetative development with CANNA Terra Vega, a professional single-component nutrient specially formulated for plants grown in soil and potting mixes.
Terra Vega is designed for the vegetative or growing phase, when plants are concentrating their energy on developing roots, stems, shoots and foliage. Its carefully balanced formula provides readily available nutrients to support vigorous early development and prepare plants for a productive flowering stage.
Why choose CANNA Terra Vega?
- Designed for vegetative growth – formulated specifically for the plant's growing phase.
- Supports strong root development – helps encourage the vigorous root system needed to support future growth.
- Promotes healthy shoots and foliage – provides complete nutrition for strong vegetative development.
- Readily available nutrients – contains nitrogen compounds that plants can absorb directly.
- Contains iron chelates & trace elements – provides important micronutrients alongside the main nutrient supply.
- Suitable for different potting mixes – including pre-fertilised, low-nutrient and previously used potting media.
- Single-component formula – straightforward feeding without separate A and B concentrates.
- Easy to use – concentrated liquid feed that dissolves directly into watering water.
CANNA states that Terra Vega is suitable for a range of potting mixes and has been developed to provide complete nutrition from the beginning of cultivation.
Strong growth starts below the surface
Healthy vegetative growth is about much more than simply producing leaves.
During the growing phase, plants are establishing the root structure, stems and young shoots that will support them later in their life cycle. A well-developed root system gives the plant a greater foundation for efficient uptake of water and nutrients, while vigorous shoots prepare it for the transition into flowering.
Terra Vega supplies the nutritional elements needed during this stage in forms designed to be readily available to the plant. CANNA specifically highlights the development of vital young shoots and good roots as key characteristics of healthy, fast growth.
Formulated for soil & potting mixes
CANNA Terra Vega is part of the CANNA TERRA range, developed specifically for cultivation in soil and potting media.
It can be used with different types of potting mix, whether the growing medium is already fertilized, relatively low in nutrients or has previously been used. CANNA's wider TERRA range is suitable for both indoor and outdoor soil cultivation.
For growers using the complete CANNA system, Terra Vega is particularly well suited to Living Soil Mix and Premium House Mix growing media.
How to use CANNA Terra Vega
Shake the bottle thoroughly before use.
Dilute at:
5 ml per 1 litre of water
or:
50 ml per 10 litres of water
Mixing ratio: 1:200
CANNA states that Terra Vega added to tap water contributes approximately 0.9–1.6 mS/cm EC, with the actual final EC also depending on the starting water.
Recommended nutrient-solution pH: 5.8–6.2.
When should Terra Vega be used?
Use CANNA Terra Vega during the vegetative/growing phase of the plant.
When flowering begins and the first flowers appear, move from Terra Vega to CANNA Terra Flores, which is formulated around the different nutritional requirements of flowering plants.
Storage & care
Keep the container tightly closed and store in a dark, frost-free location. CANNA advises protecting Terra Vega from UV light because UV exposure can break down the iron chelates within the nutrient.
Avoid over-fertilizing, as excessive nutrient concentrations can negatively affect the plant and growing medium.
Keep out of reach of children.
