Lightweight LECA Clay Pebbles – 10–16mm
Growcery Lightweight LECA Clay Pebbles are made from expanded clay and graded to approximately 10–16mm. Their larger, rounded form and lightweight structure make them suitable for hydroponics, drainage layers, orchid growing, decorative top dressing and larger planting containers.
The porous clay pebbles help create open spaces around plant roots, supporting airflow and allowing excess water to move more freely through suitable growing media. Their larger particle size is particularly useful where a coarser, more open structure is preferred.

How to use
Rinse thoroughly with clean water before use to remove naturally occurring dust caused by handling and transportation.
For hydroponic or semi-hydro growing, prepare and condition the clay pebbles according to the requirements of your chosen system.
They can also be used as a coarse drainage layer, a decorative surface covering or blended with other growing-media components where additional structure and airflow are required.
Please note
Particle size is approximate, and natural variation in shape, colour and texture may occur. Some pebbles may be slightly rounded or oval, and occasional broken pieces may be present.
Expanded clay does not provide significant plant nutrition on its own. Plants should receive water and nutrients according to the chosen growing method.
